Cancellation policy:
- The Customer may cancel the room free of charge
up to the 14th day before arrival.
In case of cancellation within 13-7 days, 50% of the ordered services will be charged,
in case of cancellation within 6-4 days, 70% of the ordered services will be charged,
in case of cancellation within 48 hours or no-show, 100% of the ordered services will be charged as a cancellation fee and penalty.
Terms of payment:
- A 50% deposit is payable by bank transfer within 5 calendar days of confirmation from the accommodation.
- Please pay the remaining amount of the reservation based on our final invoice.
