A useful guide with the most important policies for your stay at our hotel, including room reservations.

Where is the hotel located?


The hotel is located in the middle of the Sopron Nature Reserve, which with its subalpine climate is the perfect place for those who love sports and relaxation.

How long are you open from?


The hotel is open all year round, with a 24-hour reception service.

What types of rooms are there in the hotel?


The hotel has 175 standard and superior rooms. All our standard rooms are non-smoking. Some of them have a balcony. The bathrooms have either a bathtub or shower. Some rooms can also be connected. All superior rooms are non-smoking, with balcony, bathroom with a bathtub and an in-room safe.

How can I book a room?

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?


Our colleagues will send you a confirmation of each reservation by email or post within 1 business day.

Can I bring my pet to the hotel?


Small dogs and cats can be brought into the room for a fee (3.500 HUF/night, board not included), but they are not allowed in the common areas. (We can arrange pet-friendly rooms according to availability.)

From what time can I check in?


Rooms can be occupied from 15:00 (3 pm) on the day of arrival.

Can I check in to the hotel earlier?


Early check-in is possible upon prior arrangement, according to availability. For arrivals between 11:00 (11 am) and 15:00 (3 pm), the early check-in price is 10.000 HUF per room.
If you wish to book a specific room number, we cannot guarantee an early arrival!

How long do I have to leave the room on the day of departure?


The room is available until 11:00 (11 am) on the day of check-out.

Can I leave the room later?


Late check-out is possible with prior arrangement - according to availability!
For check-outs between 11:00 (11 am) and 16:00 (4 pm), the late check-out price is 6.000 HUF/room.
If you wish to book a specific room number, we cannot guarantee a late check-out!

What should I do if I have questions about my booking or want to make changes?


In all cases, please contact us by e-mail or telephone, referring to the Reservation Number on your confirmation.

What are the payment options at the hotel?


Our guests can settle their bills with cash, gift vouchers, credit cards and SZÉP Card (Széchenyi Leisure Card).

Is the hotel air-conditioned?


The hotel is not air-conditioned.

What are the standard facilities in hotel rooms?


Hairdryer, fridge - which can be filled with drinks according to your wishes - radio, TV, in-room safe.

Is there internet access in the hotel?


Yes, there is free Wi-Fi in the common areas and in the rooms.

What wellness services are included in the package price?


10 x 4.5-meter swimming pool, jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, equipped fitness room with cardio and strength machines.

I have a food allergy. Is it possible for me to eat different meals?


We include allergen information on our menus for all dishes, and of course our staff will be happy to provide you with any further information you may need.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide individual meals to suit your diet.

For those with mild, grade 1 gluten intolerance, there is plenty of suitable food on our buffet table. We do not have any gluten-free baked goods either (except for the extruded gluten-free biscuits), but there is no problem for you to bring them to the hotel.

However, the price level, the facilities of our hotel - we do not have a flour-free kitchen - and the number and expertise of our staff are not sufficient to cater for people with serious sensitivities.
We cannot provide personalized dietary catering, but to cater for special dietary needs, you will always find meat-free, vegetarian dishes - labelled green - and low-calorie, low-fat dishes - labelled pink - on our buffet tables. We leave the choice of the amount of food to our guests, of course, so the daily calorie intake depends on this.

Is parking available?


Yes, car parking is available in our own open, unguarded car park.
